Up to 40% rakeback
We’re thrilled to let you know that we are now offering 40% rakeback at
Betfair! This is available to all new players who rake more than £1,500
(or generate an equivalent of 30,000 Betfair Poker points) monthly.
This is no longer a promotion, it is made permanent!
They are also introducing bi-monthly rakeback payments. This means that
rakeback payments are now going to take place twice per month, on the
first and third Thursday of every month.
Top-up rakeback payment (mid-month)
An
affiliated player who is on 30% rakeback, but is due 40% under the new
scheme if he rakes more than £1,500, rakes £1,200 in the first 2 weeks
of February (before the top-up payment mid-month).
Even though
he is likely to rake more than £1,500 during that month, he will only
receive 30% rakeback on his month’s activity on Thursday 19th February.
This works out at £1,200 x 30% = £360.
Main rakeback payment (end of month)
He
then goes on to rake another £1,000 in the rest of February, meaning he
has raked a total of £2,200 and is due 40% Rakeback. He will thus then
receive 40% on his £1,000 = £400, plus a further 10% on the initial
£1,200 = £120, totalling a further £520.
